The Polites take on their most ambitious project yet; a 4-unit apartment complex in need of repairs from top-to-bottom! Dedric and Krystal plan to create two short-term and two long-term rentals with an uptown vibe in downtown Graham, but a chance encounter with a vet in the community alters their course and leads Dedric and Krystal to find a way to give back.
