Out trolling for investment opportunities, Atlanta real estate investor Sam Leccima stumbles on a money maker. It's the smelliest property on the block, and Sam quickly discovers why when he opens the door to a house full of dog poop. Smells like money to Sam. Seeing potential for a big return, he limits the construction and renovation budget to just $12,000. It's up to his project manager, Lamont, to make it work. Lamont quickly discovers that skilled workers aren't willing to take a pay cut, but Sam's not willing to budge. So Lamont turns to Warner, the unpaid intern, to bail him out. Angie, Sam's ace real estate agent, worries that Sam has gone too far. She pushes him to hire a "stager" to spruce the place up. Will they pull off the job on budget, or will Sam pay the price for being cheap?
