Angie finds a big, pink house in Atlanta's historic West End--a neighborhood known for its elegant Victorian homes, and the occasional eyesore. The West End is also right around the corner from Sam's venerated alma mater, Morehouse College, but Sam is skeptical. Efforts to revitalize this once desirable neighborhood have failed to restore it to its former glory. Angie gives him a tour and changes his mind. He's lured in by the historical charm of the house, only to discover an unexpected foundation problem AND ""antique details"" that prove not so old and worse, not so valuable. Shani comes to the rescue with some forward-thinking design ideas, but her style obsession clashes with Lamont's no-fuss approach. Sam is determined to put an end to the bickering before it takes a bite out of their bottom line.
