The basic plan: transform the tired, outdated house into a bright, sunny cottage by removing excess furniture, cleaning the place top to bottom, opening up the kitchen by creating a new eating area, de-cluttering and painting the bedroom, and trimming the patio foliage.

Over half of the furniture and the year round Christmas is packed up and sent to storage, which doesn’t sit too well with Rob and Valentina.
