Phoebe and Margaret’s country home is set in a gorgeous suburb of historic Savannah. While it seems like a dream locale, lack of color and personality, and one hideous wallpaper choice are to blame for unhappy home hunters, not to mention cluttered spaces and “grandma” looking d cor. Design consultant Roger Hazard and host Tanya Memme certainly have some work cut out for them! Once Phoebe and Margaret’s belongings are tenderly taken care of, it’s time to add some much needed color; though it takes some time for the homeowners to warm up to the avocado green Roger chooses for the bathroom! New paint is also in store for the bedroom and the living room. Tanya gives us a lesson in making a bed – to hotel standards and we see how simply re-arranging furniture and adding colorful accents can make any room more interesting. The house makes a complete turnaround and is sure to be a hit with the returning open house guests.
