Donnie may look comfy on the outside, but on the inside he's miserable. He's loving touring Europe with the New Kids on the Block, but being away from home is taking its toll.
Donnie's fiancée, Jenny McCarthy, leaps into action. "When I realized that my English accent couldn't cheer him up," she says, "I knew I had to call in back-up."
Donnie thinks Jenny is calling her mom, but she's actually calling Paul. It takes some doing, but she convinces him to fly out to London to make his homesick brother a home-cooked meal.
Paul makes it to London safe and sound. He was reticent at first, but after Alma made her case, he decided to treat himself to a London vacation. As if he had a choice.
Donnie couldn't be happier to see Paul...
...Oh, wait. Strike that. It looks like he could be a little happier after all.
That's "Mission Accomplished" for Jenny.
Paul drags Donnie out to try some local flavor. He's set on trying out some honest-to-goodness pub food.
Paul likes the look of the menu, and explains to his brother how blood sausage is made.
This is the face of a man who has just learned how blood sausage is made.
Donnie decides to try out an English accent to ask some locals what they think of the menu.
This decision doesn't go over all that well with the gents, but Donnie manages to smooth things over by ordering a round of drinks for his new friends.
With things calmed down, Donnie and Paul can relax and prepare for their food to arrive.
Paul looks pretty happy with his order, but Donnie has trouble finding something to eat. "I think Donnie could have embraced the food a little more, but I think he was just being homesick," Paul says.
While the New Kids perform, Paul gets busy in the kitchen making a huge, home-cooked meal for everyone.
Paul may look a little shell-shocked after finding himself in the spotlight during the show, but his trip went better than he expected. He says, "If you would ask me before I left what I wanted out of the trip, I wouldn't have even come close to what I actually got."
