Despite his youth, 21-year-old Zach comes to the NMCD with some practical experience under his belt. He spent five months working the line at the Sandoval County Detention Center before joining the academy and setting his sight on the big leagues.

Despite getting a taste for what life as a CO entails, he may not be ready to handle the level of security and danger at a maximum-security prison. Zach’s strengths are his knowledge, fortitude, and eagerness to be part of something bigger than himself.
