Retired NYC firefighter Tim Brown is getting his first tattoo.
Tim's tattoo is an eagle holding a banner that reads "Freedom."
Tony works as he listens to Tim talk about his experience at Ground Zero on 9/11.
Tim recalls the friends that he lost on 9/11, and tells Tony about the moment the south tower collapsed around him.
Tim takes his first look at his new tattoo.
"My mission is the same as it's been since 9/11," Tim says, "which is, Never Forget."
A very happy Tim shakes hands with BK and Tony.
